Which Catholic schools serve Fort Myers and Cape Coral?

St. Francis Xavier Catholic School (downtown Fort Myers, pre-K to 8), St. Andrew Catholic School (Cape Coral, pre-K to 8) and Bishop Verot Catholic High School (Fort Myers, 9-12) are the diocese's Lee schools. The state directory also lists an independent Catholic school in North Fort Myers that is not on the diocesan list.

How do Lee Catholic families usually pay?

The state scholarship goes on first ($8,779 for K-3, $8,001 for high school in 2026-27), then the school's need-based aid and any Catholic family discount. At Bishop Verot that means a FACTS application, a Step Up acceptance letter and, for practicing families with need, a $1,000 Catholic Allowance.

When are Catholic school aid deadlines in Lee County?

Spring of the year before enrollment. Bishop Verot's 2026-27 FACTS deadline was March 15, 2026 and the parish form was due May 4, 2026, so start early for 2027-28.
