Part-week PEP hybrids in Lee County

A PEP hybrid is a state-approved campus where the child spends two or more full days each week, learning at home under the family's plan on the other days.

What counts as a PEP hybrid in Florida?

It has to be state-approved, and the student must be on site for two or more full school days every week. Enrolling full time takes the student out of PEP.

Which Lee schools carry the PEP flag?

3 Oaks Academy in Estero, Empowered Preparatory School downtown, Classical Christian Academy in North Fort Myers, and Champions Christian Academy and the Lehigh Acres campus of Christian Academy for Autism. Ask each about part-week schedules.

What does a Lee family keep after hybrid tuition?

Whatever the hybrid doesn't charge stays in the PEP account for curriculum, tutors, electives and testing. Computers are the exception: PEP can't buy them.
